For social clubs & community centres

A sell-out night.
No fee.

Our headline night at a social club in Lichfield sold out, and our Aldridge Community Centre show is down to the last few tickets. Clubs are where this works best: members love the songs, new faces come through the door, and the bar does very well.

Why it works

Why book us.

Zero risk for the club

On our ticketed option there's no fee at all. You provide the room and keep every penny from the bar. We sell the tickets and take the risk.

We do the promotion

Posters for the noticeboard, social posts and ads, and a ticket link. We push it to our own following and you push it to your members.

Committee-friendly

Clear timings, our own PA and lighting, and a clean, professional setup. The Lichfield club said: "organised everything and had a very professional setup".

How it works

Four steps.

Step 1

Pick a night

Tell us which nights the club is busiest or quietest and we'll suggest a date.

Step 2

Committee says yes

We send a one-page summary for the committee: the date, timings, ticket price and what we need from the club.

Step 3

We sell the tickets

We set up the ticket link and supply posters for the noticeboard and posts for the club's Facebook page.

Step 4

You run the bar

On the night we bring the band, PA and lights. The club opens the doors and keeps every penny from the bar.

What's included

  • Two hours of Oasis anthems (or 45/60-minute sets)
  • Our own PA, 10-channel desk, backline and floor lights
  • Intro video projection
  • Promo pack: posters, social ads, video and a content plan
  • Promotion on our own social channels
  • One point of contact from enquiry to load-out

“The band were very easy to deal with, organised everything and had a very professional setup. The gig and atmosphere was spot on! One of the best live events we've done! We also did really well behind the bar and everyone had a great night. We'll definitely be having them back!”Venue manager, Lichfield

The deal

Two ways
to book.

Option 1: You pay a fee

You pay the band a fee and run the ticketing your way. We still send you the full promo pack: posters, social ads and video.

Option 2: We sell the tickets

We sell the tickets and take the proceeds. You provide the room and keep the bar. It's zero risk for the venue.

We're open to door splits and other models too. 45-minute, 1-hour and 2-hour headline sets.

Questions

Good to know.

Do we have to pay a fee?

No. On the ticketed option we sell the tickets and the club keeps the bar. If the committee would rather pay a fee and sell tickets itself, we can do that too.

What size room do you need?

Around 100 people upwards works well. Our Lichfield show sold out at 160 and Aldridge is a 200-capacity room. We need floor space roughly 6m by 4m for the band.

Can members get a discount?

Yes, we can set up a members' price or early-bird tickets through the ticket link.

Is it suitable for a working men's club or British Legion?

Yes. Social clubs, working men's clubs, British Legion clubs, sports clubs and community centres are exactly where these nights work best.

What does the club need to provide?

The room, power near the stage area, a bar, and someone to open up. We bring everything else.

Can non-members come?

That's up to the club's rules. Many clubs open tribute nights to guests, which brings new faces through the door.

How far ahead should we book?

Two to three months gives enough time to sell it out. Weekend dates in December and the summer go first.
